Casa Raza is a light and spacious house, built in 1992 and stylishly renovated in 2015 with floor heating. The house has 2 floors and can be split into 2 autonomous

appartements: the top floor flat has a large living/kitchen room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

The top floor apartment can be accessed from the downstairs house (and closed from the inside) and there is a separate outside entrance. This is perfect for a rental or B&B arrangement, or just to receive friends and guests. The rental/B&B part includes its own kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bathroom and airconditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

The ground floor with marble floors and an open fire place, has a huge living room open kitchen and dining area as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is basic furniture –beds, tables chairs, sofas, lights. Under the house there is large storage/work space.

Patio doors from the open plan kitchen / dining room, open up to a sheltered terrace on the south with a panoramic view of the hills looking down on a beautiful lake situated in a nature reserve. The first floor is surrounded on 2 sides by a huge balcony overlooking the green hills and the 10.000 sq/m garden with its olives, orange, lemon and mandarin trees.

Casa Raza is a spacious house that  sits on green hills just ten minutes from the

beautiful beaches of the Thyrrhian sea and the historical town of Pizzo. It is surrounded by orchards of olive and citrus fruit trees. Tours to the Eolian Islands leave from Tropea, il borgo dei borghi, which was proclaimed with its world famous beaches to be the most beautiful town of 2021. This town which has plenty of shopping and restaurants opportunities is less than 45 minutes by car. The nearest airport is La Mezia Terme, 20 minutes.
